Our core services include generating a layout and color scheme for a website, generating graphical (and sometimes text) content, coding interactivity, coding database functionality, and basic SEO & social media integeration. We also offer hosting, assistance with domain name acquistion, consultation and copy writing. Depending on complexity, we sometimes offer in-house video editing.

Most projects can be finished in six to ten weeks – although this is highly variable. Setting up an instance of WordPress and developing a custom theme might only take a few days or a couple weeks while large database-driven custom content management and ecommerce sites with unusual requirements can take several months or even a year. We would be able to give a better estimate after an initial consulation and can make a binding estimate after we are able to perform a process of discovery.

At the very least, we would need to know the domain name for the website and some basic information about your company. The more details you can give us, and the more images you can provide, the faster we will be able to work (and the lower our prices).
When providing images, be sure to use a .jpg or .png format whenever possible; larger images are usually better than smaller ones.

Estimating the total cost for a new project is difficult as prices range wildly. A simple website, with just a few pages and no eCommerce functionality, can sometimes be built for under $1,000. Some of the more extensive projects we’ve done have been $10,000 to $20,000. Most of the projects we’ve seen are about $4,000 to $8,000. Things you can do to help reduce the price include having your own product photos (skipping the cost of our photographer), having your own logo (skipping the cost of our logo designer), and having a clear idea of what you want the site to look like and what you want it to do (cuts down on meetings during the planning stage). Depending on your budget, we might recommend custom solutions (which are generally higher in quality but more expensive) or off-the-shelf solutions such as WordPress (which can significantly reduce the initial costs but which tend to require more ongoing maintenance). We also have special reduced rates for charities and non-profits.

Each of our clients will be in direct contact with one of our team members, who will act as a project manager. After their site is done, they will have direct contact information for that team member, including a direct email address and cell phone number. We also have an automated ticket system, but we’ve found that most of our clients prefer to call or text us directly.
